About Richard
Richard is one of the oldest members of the firm, having joined in 1982 with the role of taking over the running of the firm’s branch office at Greasby. Following Richard’s retirement from his position as Senior Partner of the firm, Richard is now working on a consultancy basis.
Richard is highly experienced in the fields of personal injury, High Court and County Court litigation generally, divorce and other family work, having conducted many cases of high worth.
Nowadays, he concentrates on a wide range of residential and commercial property work, preparing Wills and giving tax advice, whilst maintaining a workload of probate including large estates.
A particular speciality goes back to his membership of the Court of Protection Receiver’s Panel and he currently has a number of long-term Deputyship cases with the Court of Protection and is well known for his expertise in dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney and related personal welfare work.
