About Victoria
Victoria has been with Halsalls since October 2006 and joined the Greasby branch as a newly qualified Chartered Legal Executive. Having continued to study on a part time basis at LJMU and The College of Law, Chester she was then admitted as a Solicitor in 2014.
Having relocated to the firm’s Birkenhead office in 2014 she then made a further move to manage Halsalls’ Thingwall branch in 2016.
Victoria has now returned to the Greasby branch as a Partner in the firm, specialising in Wills, Probate, estate planning and advice for the elderly, along with Power of Attorney appointments and registrations, and Court of Protection matters which include both Deputyship applications and ongoing management of clients’ affairs alongside a full range of residential conveyancing work, general commercial matters.
She is currently an affiliate member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and holds Associate membership of Solicitors for the Elderly.
Victoria prides herself in having had a primary role in assisting Halsalls towards gaining Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and Wills Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS) accredited status with The Law Society
